What a busy week it's been! I made my first batch of yogurt - find it on the My Kitchen to Yours page. I am lucky to have a jar left to use for a starter for my new batch. (I had to put a piece of tape on it as a reminder!) My husband loves it and so do I. The weather is turning for the better these days. It's been warm and sunny - just what my bones need. I can't wait to get out this weekend and take some natural light pictures. Speaking of pictures, I have a flickr account and I'm going to see if I can attach a picture of my precious friendly pig here.
Here he is! He's smiling in that picture. Actually, I was just about nose to nose with him. His teeth are so long the left side is starting to curl. Of course, they don't get that long in the wild usually. Most of the time, they break off rooting around for food. However, my hand-fed baby doesn't have to work too hard for his dinner. I had a side view picture, but I couldn't get him from snout to tail. I'll work on it. But, here is one of him following my 6'1" husband to the barn. Yes, he really is that big!
Okay. Enough about my pig. I love him and he loves my cooking, so that makes me happy! I hope all of you have a blessed weekend! Check out the side views - I'm updating several posts there today as well.
